Deliver high quality service for all client inquiries and disseminate test information;
Obtain additional information for completion of registration, billing, testing, and result reporting; investigate problems and implement solutions;
Serve as liaison with clients, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot problems; communicate resolutions;
Perform clerical and customer service duties using electronic equipment and hospital/laboratory computer systems; assist with client billing and communicate price changes;
Support performance improvement initiatives pertaining to customer service and assist with orientation and training of personnel and students
