Our client located in Baraga, MI is looking for a Manager of Human Resources.
Located on the shores of Lake Superior, our client is looking for a dynamic HR professional to support a 100 employee manufacturing facility. Will serve as a strategic advisor to the President with regards to workforce planning, talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, compliance, engagement and succession planning. Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of progressive HR experience required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
Full benefits available including: health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, EAP, 401K and pet insurance. Salary range $110K to $130K. Full Relocation Package Offered.
