• We are seeking a A mid-senior level Systems Architect with expertise in VMware, OS, Monitoring, and Automation to join our dynamic team.

• Design, implement, and manage VMware-based infrastructure solutions to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline data center operations.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system architecture and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support for OS-level configurations and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all system designs and implementations.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Architect with a focus on VMware technologies.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and their configurations.
• Expertise in monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Solar Winds) and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Experience with data center infrastructure management and virtualization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are a plus.
