- Mentor Network operations team to troubleshoot existing networks, identifying and correcting technical issues
- Act as single point of contact for Network operations to manage demand and capacity.
- Oversee activities such as Install, configure, replace, and upgrade network hardware and software
- Perform network modelling, analysis, budgeting, and planning tasks
- Creating network diagrams and documentation.
- Optimizing network performance through tuning and upgrades.
- Identifying and mitigating network vulnerabilities.
- Evaluating new networking hardware and software
- Recommending technology upgrades and improvements.
- Work with vendor(s) as necessary to troubleshoot issues.
