• Build and manage a comprehensive demand, revenue, and capacity planning model for the Services Delivery business
• Own the quarterly re-forecasting process and develop scenario modeling with "what-if" capabilities
• Translate demand forecasts into role-based capacity requirements and identify skill gaps
• Champion the use of internal AI tools to enhance planning workflows and provide insights
• Collaborate with Data/BI/Finance teams to leverage the employer's platform for repeatable planning views

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Professional Services Operations in high-growth Tech/SaaS
• Proven experience building driver-based planning models in services businesses
• Proficiency in SQL, with Snowflake SQL experience strongly preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets with a structured, auditable design
• Strong business acumen in Professional Services, including backlog management and margin analysis

• Experience using AI coding assistants to accelerate work tasks
• Familiarity with Python and Tableau
• A proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and innovative problem-solving
