Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders).
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code.
- Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished parts.
- Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines and work area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common operational issues or quality deviations.
- 2-5 years of hands‑on experience operating multi‑axis CNC mills and/or lathes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code/M-code programming.
- Skilled in setting up tooling, fixtures, and work offsets, and performing tool changes.
- Adept at using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges for quality inspection.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for machine and program issues, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, Mastercam) for program generation or modification.
- Experience operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) or other advanced metrology equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform minor machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative care.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
