Position: Production Technician Mount Mfg

Mount Manufacturing is growing — and we’re looking to add a few more hands (and great humans) to join our team as Production Technicians in Marquette, Michigan.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • $18 – $25 per hour starting pay.

  • Full-time Monday – Friday position working 8am – 4:30pm.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Performing inspections and accurately documenting results.
  • Applying specialized secondary processes such as cleaning, blasting, polishing, assembly, epoxy application, and packaging/shipping.
  • Using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
  • Following established procedures and quality requirements (details matter here).
  • Working safely around manufacturing equipment.
  • Recording production steps with accurate counts and documentation.
  • Managing your time well to support production schedules.
  • Flagging any non-conformities or quality concerns (we want you to speak up).
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements.
  • Using manual manufacturing equipment as needed.
  • Pitching in with other duties as assigned— we’re a team, after all.

  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior manufacturing experience required— we’re happy to train the right person.
