$7,500 Sign-on Bonus Available (Based on meeting eligibility requirements)
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team. Your experience matters and we value your care and dedication to improving patient outcomes.
How You Will Contribute- Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care provided.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family as appropriate.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Applicants must hold a state of Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s degree preferred).
Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support – Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year
