Full-Time, 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period), Night
Shifts:
6 x 12-hour shifts (7 pm–7 am) with rotating weekends and holidays.
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 for qualified applicants.
Cardiac RNAs a Cardiac RN, you will provide exceptional care to cardiac patients, including post-operative CABG, pacemaker, tachycardia, AFIB, acute MI, PCI, CEAs, and more, and act as a bridge to ED and ICU pathways.
How You'll Contribute- Plan and implement individualized care plans, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document and maintain accurate patient care records.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living – personal hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, etc.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
- Provide patient and family education tailored to age, culture, and condition.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Applicants must hold a current Michigan RN license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s preferred).
Additional Requirements Include- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), within 1 year
- IMCU cross-training, within 1 year
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), within 1 year
