What You’ll Do:

Provide expert neonatal care for complex conditions, including respiratory distress syndrome, intrauterine growth restriction, jaundice, and sepsis
Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusion
Manage ventilators including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy
Support and guide families through high-stress situations with clear communication and emotional support
Collaborate with the neonatal team to develop and implement care plans
Ensure patient safety and adhere to all clinical standards and protocols

What You Need:

Valid licensure and certifications in neonatal or pediatric care
Prior experience in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) setting, preferably with procedural skills listed
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
