Job Type: Full-Time | 1.0 FTE or 80 hours/pp

Schedule: 5 x 8-hour Day Shifts, 7:30a-4 or 8a-4:30pm

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants

The Senior Clinic LPN will play a vital role in a collaborative Family Medicine clinic, building lasting patient relationships and delivering personalized whole-person care in a welcoming outpatient setting.

• Collect and document patient intake data. Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Provide patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
• Assist with routine clinic support activities.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Coordinate nursing staff to facilitate accessibility and continuity of care.
• Coordinate requests of physicians and office staff about patient activities and needs.

Applicants must hold a Michigan LPN license and be a graduate of an LPN or LVN program.

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
• Six (6) years of clinical experience
