Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Lakewood Family Medicine Clinic

Job Type: Full‑Time | 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per week

Schedule:

5 x 8‑hour Day Shifts, 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

$7,500 Sign‑On Bonus available to qualified applicants

• Collect and document patient intake data; maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Provide patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
• Assist with routine clinic support activities.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
• Maintain an appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Assist with performing patient assessments and treatments under physician supervision.

• State of Michigan LPN license and graduation from an LPN or LVN program.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP) certification.
