Job Type: Full-Time | 0.9 FTE or 72 hours/pp
Schedule: 6 x 12-hour shifts, Nights (7p-7a), Rotating Weekends and Holidays
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Neuro/Ortho/Peds RN to provide high-quality acute care for neuro, orthopedic, and pediatric patients on a 24-bed specialty med/surg unit. Candidates will work in a collaborative team environment that prioritizes safety and excellence.
Responsibilities- Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
- Document patient care provided.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and family, providing education appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

Applicants must hold a current Michigan RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s preferred).
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 1 year
