Senior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Lakewood Family Medicine Clinic

Job Type: Full-Time | 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per week.

Schedule:

5 x 8-hour Day Shifts (7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm).

• Collect and document patient intake data and maintain accurate records.
• Provide patient support that reflects emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious, and economic influences.
• Assist with routine clinic support activities.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Coordinate nursing staff to facilitate accessibility and continuity of care.
• Coordinate physicians and office staff regarding patient activities and needs.

Applicants must hold a Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN program.

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP) certification.
• Six (6) years of clinical experience.
