Full-Time | 1.0 FTE or 80 hours/pp | Exempt/Salaried.

Schedule:

8-hour M-F Day shifts, Flexible Start Times (8-4:30).

Clinical Quality Lead at UP Health System – Marquette.

• Maintain regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements and processes.
• Conduct performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals.
• Analyze data.
• Develop presentations and facilitate meetings.
• Participate and attend meetings as required and/or assigned.
• Serve as an educational resource when needed.
• Conduct department/unit rounding as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Applicants should possess an associate's degree (bachelor's preferred) in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Quality or other healthcare related fields. Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (preferred)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) in State of Michigan (Preferred)
• Minimum
  
  Work Experience:
  
  One (1) to three (3) years diverse clinical practice in an acute care environment required.
