Schedule:
M-F, 8am-5pm, Days (no nights/weekends/holidays)
The RN Coordinator will coordinate staff scheduling, educational and development activities, performance evaluations, identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services, perform quality assurance studies, serve as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding patient care and clinical standards, and monitor departmental compliance with accreditation and the Joint Commission.
Responsibilities- Coordinate staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
- Perform quality assurance studies and assist with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
- Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
- Monitor departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and the Joint Commission.

- Current Michigan RN license.
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's preferred).
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP).
- Four (4) years of health care experience.
