Registered Nurse; RN Coordinator - Urology Clinic

Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinic Care Coordinator, Urology – Full‑Time (80 hours per week, 10x8‑hour shifts M‑F 8:00‑17:00). Exempt/Salaried. This role is part of UP Health System – Marquette, which is part of LifePoint Health.

• Coordinate staff scheduling, educational and development activities, and performance evaluations.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
• Perform quality assurance studies and assist with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
• Serve as resource to staff and external contacts on patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal mandates, and The Joint Commission mandates.

• Must possess a current Michigan RN license.
• Must have an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s preferred).
• Must hold Basic Life Support Health‑Care Provider (BLS‑HCP).
• Must have at least 4 years of healthcare experience.
