Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Marquette, Michigan. This role involves providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a 225-bed specialty care hospital, including units such as Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, and more. The RN will be responsible for critical thinking, decision-making, and working independently in a fast‑paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence.

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid RN license, Bachelors degree, 2 years of RN experience in medical/surgical settings, Critical Thinking skills, Ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to handle stressful environments.
