• Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour

• Manage and coordinate care for critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU
• Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, and central line placement
• Provide ventilator management, including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Stabilize patients for transport and manage common neonatal conditions like RDS, pulmonary hypertension, sepsis, NAS, and VLBW cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and specialists
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EHR system
• Support continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice standards

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan
• Neonatology experience or relevant ICU background preferred
• Certification in NRP
• Strong procedural skills including intubation, chest tubes, and central lines
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours on short notice
