Description:
Orientation is bi-weekly. This is within a 225-bed specialty care hospital. The facility offers various services including heart and vascular, cancer care, brain and spine, rehabilitation, and behavioral health. This unit features 5 exam rooms and 1 specials room. Patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Weekly guaranteed hours are per contract. Weekend hours will be call only. Call requirements include 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 5 weeks on a rotational basis.
Float requirements apply to the Interventional Pain Clinic. The patient ratios are not available. Equipment includes GE and Innova EHR:
Cerner. Common procedures involve peripheral interventions, biopsies, venous and arterial thrombolysis, EVARs, MMAs, and drain management. Candidates should be willing to work in diverse situations and with various staff. Dress code includes hospital-provided scrubs with no unacceptable attire specified. Housing recommendations can be provided upon request.
