Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment. This position requires a proactive approach to patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current Michigan RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical environment preferred.
- ACLS certification required.
- BSN preferred.
