UP Health System Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an urgent 13-week travel assignment in Marquette, Michigan

• Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts

• Hours: 40 hours/week

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: Urgent – ASAP

• Pay Rate: $78.00/hour

• On‑Call: 7 days on / 7 days off

• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49/mile

The RN will provide nursing care in a Home Health/Rehab setting
, supporting patients in their homes and helping deliver safe, high-quality care throughout the assignment.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Providing skilled nursing care to home health and rehab patients

• Assessing patient needs and monitoring progress

• Developing and implementing appropriate nursing care plans

• Coordinating care with other members of the healthcare team

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation

• Following established clinical and safety protocols

• Participating in the assigned on-call rotation

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• BLS certification required

• Home Health and/or Rehab nursing experience

• Ability to work scheduled 8‑hour day shifts

• Availability for the 13‑week assignment

• Ability to begin ASAP

• Willingness to participate in the 7-on/7-off on-call rotation
