Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical
Location:
Marquette, Michigan
Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Shift: 19:00 - 07:00
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills and decisive judgment, with the ability to work in a stressful environment while adhering to the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatrics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have a valid RN license in Michigan.
- ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical/surgical unit.
- BSN preferred.
