Shift: 24-hour call coverage (7 days a week, 7a-7a) Hours/week:
Variable (on-call with 2-4 hours onsite per day)

Provide inpatient urology care, including management of kidney stones, stent placements, hematuria, and difficult catheterizations Perform rounding on new admissions and inpatient consultations Support with in-house call, patient assessments, and discharge planning Document provider notes and call-back hours accurately for audit validation Respond to on-call patient questions, transfers, and consultation requests Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care What You Need:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan Urology experience preferred Ability to respond onsite within 20 minutes for call-back is required Strong clinical and communication skills About the Assignment:
