Server – Elf Hollow Cafe
Department: Zehnder’s Splash Village Food & Beverage
Reports To: Elf Hollow Cafe Supervisor
Function: Responsible for the ordering and serving of customer meals with a high level of customer service.
Work Performed- Provide quality service to guests
- Knowledgeable about the working of “Splash Village”
- Participate in “Add-On-Sales” program
- Directly participate in and oversee the “guest’s experience”
- Maintain area’s sanitation in accordance with Michigan Department of Health
- Daily communications with F & B Department
- Maintain “Service Standards” program
- Attend departmental meetings
- All other duties as assigned or directed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
