Siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Store Manager per lo shop Pinalli in apertura a Marcianise presso La Reggia Designer Outlet.
Responsabilità- Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati e lo sviluppo della cifra d'affari;
- Gestire, formare e motivare i propri collaboratori;
- Assistere i clienti e garantire elevati standard di servizio in vendita;
- Coordinare e mantenere il corretto merchandising del punto vendita e il riassortimento prodotto;
- Applicare le procedure e le direttive aziendali, riferendo direttamente al Responsabile di Territorio;
- Gestire i turni del personale con lo scopo di massimizzare l'efficienza dello store.
