La risorsa individuata avrà il compito di garantire la customer satisfaction facendo trasparire i nostri valori e contribuirà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi insieme al Team di lavoro.
TI OCCUPERAI DI
- Accogliere il cliente e farlo sentire una Primadonna
- Garantire la customer satisfaction e la fidelizzazione del cliente
- Occuparti del Visual Merchandising secondo le linee guida aziendali
- Svolgere tutte le attività di gestione secondo e le procedure aziendali
- Svolgere attività di cassa
- Conoscere e utilizzare i KPI tipici di settore per il miglioramento delle performance
- Gestire lo store, mantenere gli spazi sempre al loro meglio, avere cura dei prodotti, garantendo pulizia e ordine per accogliere al meglio i nostri clienti
