Cosmetic Merchandiser

Job Overview

As a cosmetic merchandiser, you’ll take on project-based work to ensure cosmetic products, graphics, and displays are visually appealing to attract and engage shoppers. You will build strong relationships with store managers and ensure the right amount of cosmetics are available at the right price. Our corporate office is located in Tampa, FL, but we are hiring across the nation.

USD $16.50 per hour (minimum and maximum).

• Assignments range from 0‑40 hours per week based on volume, travel distance, and availability.

• Perform cosmetic merchandiser duties including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut‑ins, audits, cleaning, stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands.
• Ensure store appearance and merchandise displays follow planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal.
• Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail hours.
• Adapt to changing work schedules and occasionally work evenings or weekends.

• Reliable transportation to travel 30–60 miles to multiple locations in your area.
• Effective communication with customers, team members, and management.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read diagrams, follow instructions, and use hand tools as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
