How you'll contributeA Financial Analyst who excels in this role:
- Coordinate with real estate team on a weekly basis regarding new real estate lease activity and/or changes to existing real estate lease agreements.
- Coordinate with operations teams and outside vendors regarding new and/or existing equipment lease activity.
- Administer accounting and financial reporting updates in the Company's lease accounting software tool on a monthly basis.
- Review and reconcile monthly financial statement balances impacted by new and/or existing lease agreements.
- Update cash forecast models on an ad hoc basis, sometimes as frequently as daily.
- Monitor compliance with debt covenants and other financial compliance responsibilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. - Required Minimum
Work Experience:
2 years or more.
