AAA – The Auto Club Group | Full‑time | W‑2 | Base Pay + Incentives + Full Benefits $5,000 Ramp-up Compensation Support
** To qualify applicants must be new to ACG. There is a 1-year payback clause if your employment is terminated prior to completing 12 months of employment. Additional details can be provided by our Recruiting Team at the time of application
** This is a relationship driven sales role with long-term income potential through base and commissions.

Deeper Dive into Pay & Incentives Base pay plus performance‑based incentives , allowing high performers to significantly increase overall earnings.

Average annual earnings range: $57,000–$87,000+ , based on performance and sales results.

Supplemental ramp‑up pay , paid monthly, to support productivity during the first six months:

Additional $200 per week during months 0–2

Additional $150 per week during months 3–4

Additional $100 per week during months 5–6

Elevated incentive payout structure during the first 15 months to accelerate early earnings.

New Hire On‑Pace Bonus tied to performance milestones.

Non‑exempt position with eligibility for overtime pay.

What You’ll DoOwn the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high‑traffic ACG branch.

Leverage proven sales methodologies and insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, and grow ACG’s insurance portfolio.

Consistently overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales while maintaining long‑term client relationships.

Drive performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations aligned with branch and company goals.

Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions; quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.

Respond to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and urgency across insurance, membership, and financial products.
