• Assist in installing electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments
• Perform both rough‑in and finish work, including conduit installation, wiring, fixtures, and device termination
• Operate safely on lifts, ladders, and at heights
• Follow directions from lead electricians and supervisors
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols
• Ask questions when unsure—engage actively in your learning
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and working in variable site conditions

• 1+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work required
• Comfortable working at heights and using power tools
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a 'can‑do' attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bonus:

• Monday‑Friday
• Full‑Time, On‑Site
• Occasional weekends and overtime as project needs require

• On‑site at commercial project locations across SE Michigan
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites
