Family Support Worker

UP Kids is seeking a part-time Family Support Worker
. The Family Support Worker (FSW) is responsible for conducting family assessments, assisting families in developing service plans and goals, supporting and monitoring goal progress, and providing an array of in-home services and education to support family functioning, safety, and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field required
• Experience working with families in crisis or at-risk populations
• Knowledge of child development and family dynamics
• Familiarity with community resources and agencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

• Part-time position, 25-35 hours per week, Pay rate $20.18/hr, generous paid time off, mileage reimbursement, employee assistance program
• Flexible and varied work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
