Shuttle Driver-Part-Time w/Occasional 5:00pm-3:00am Shift Required Position Overview

Drivers are responsible for transporting Marquette students, staff, employees, and affiliates of the university. The driver is an ambassador for the university as well as a representative of the Department of Campus Safety. While conducting transports, drivers will also observe and report any suspicious or illegal activity that they may witness.

• Ensure your passengers are transported safely across campus.
• Drive around campus during your entire shift and watch for new calls to be assigned to you.
• Responsible for picking up callers as they are assigned to you.
• Required to pick up and drop off passengers to their assigned location.
• Maintain focus and transport passengers safely to their destinations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Ability to multi‑task and think creatively.
• Friendly demeanor and interest with working on a college campus.
• Good memorization skills to learn campus and become familiar with the addresses and buildings within the boundaries of the patrol zone.
• Must be comfortable with driving in all Wisconsin weather conditions.
