This entry‑level financial services position earns a competitive salary of $45,000 per year (paid hourly), plus an uncapped monthly bonus that averages $8,000 annually

A Day in the Life of an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

As an entry‑level ABM, you will undergo an 18‑24 month on‑the‑job paid training program to learn branch operations and management. After training, you will manage your own branch and, upon promotion to Branch Manager, receive a full relocation package.

Your main focus is helping customers meet their financial goals. You will:

  • Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers, listening to their needs and recommending the best consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
  • Educate customers on our consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
  • Assist customers through the loan application process and make payment reminder calls when needed.
  • Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer loan closings and process insurance claims.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, developing and implementing sales plans while promoting our core values and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include business, finance, sales or a related field.
  • One year or more of customer‑facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication and customer‑relations skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, navigating priorities.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
  • Ability to meet insurance‑licensing eligibility requirements to sell voluntary insurance products.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role; a full relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.
