Clinical Supervisor RN – BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital, WJMC Campus (Marrero, LA)

BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital, WJMC Campus is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN to lead patient care and oversee hospital services during off‑shift hours. The role requires a strong nursing background, supervisory experience, and a collaborative approach to ensure quality care and smooth patient flow.

• Oversee all patient care areas and hospital services during the off‑shift
• Collaborate in the planning and organization of staff training and facilitate patient flow
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
• Represent hospital administration to departments, families, and patients, and communicate changes or unusual events to the administrator on call

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive acute care experience, including supervisory responsibilities (ICU experience preferred)
• BSN or Master’s degree in a health‑related field preferred

Shift: Night (7:00p‑m to 7:30a‑m). Pay range: $37.00–$55.80 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials.
