BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital, WJMC Campus is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN to lead patient care and oversee hospital services during off‑shift hours. The role requires a strong nursing background, supervisory experience, and a collaborative approach to ensure quality care and smooth patient flow.

- Oversee all patient care areas and hospital services during the off‑shift
- Collaborate in the planning and organization of staff training and facilitate patient flow
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
- Represent hospital administration to departments, families, and patients, and communicate changes or unusual events to the administrator on call
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive acute care experience, including supervisory responsibilities (ICU experience preferred)
- BSN or Master’s degree in a health‑related field preferred
Shift: Night (7:00p‑m to 7:30a‑m). Pay range: $37.00–$55.80 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials.
