Position Available: Full-Time

Shifts Available: Nights 7p-7:30a

Rate of pay: $37.00 to $55.80 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

What You’ll Be Doing

Here at BridgePoint the Clinical Supervisor RN has oversight of all patient care areas and all hospital services on the off‑shift. The Clinical Supervisor RN collaborates in the planning and organization of training for all unit staff members in the off‑shift and facilitates patient flow. The Clinical Supervisor RN assesses patient health problems and needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records.

The Clinical Supervisor RN represents hospital administration to departments, families, and patients. The Clinical Supervisor RN communicates any changes or unusual events to administrator‑on‑call.

Requirements

Education: RN required, BSN or Master’s Degree in health‑related field preferred.

Licenses/Certification: Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse - RN. BLS and ACLS are required.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive acute care experience to include supervision. ICU experience preferred.
