• Tier 2 Travel Compliance: DL/ required with submission. Address on DL/ used to verify local/traveler status.
• Valid LA License (required at time of submission).
• RN must live more than 75 miles away from facility or it is a "local rate" - please confirm local rate with AM.
• Any permanent employee at any LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel.
• Modules:
  Modules are non-billable.
• RN:
  Can range from 5-8 hours.
• Allied:
  Can range from 2-4 hours.
• Modules are completed pre-start, and vary by specialty.
• Modules are recorded by facility education department.
