Guide customers through the auto maintenance and repair process
Advise customers on service options and costs and schedule appointments
Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services including special promotions

- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
- Review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI scores
- Auto Service Writer experience is preferred but not required
- Good customer service, computer and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- An energetic self-starter that's conscientious, pleasant and dependable
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
