Position: Occupational Therapist School Setting - Marshall, MI
Step into a rewarding opportunity providing essential occupational therapy services in a school setting for the  academic year. This full-time, contract position covers a maternity leave running from early November through mid-February, offering up to 40 hours per week. You'll have the chance to make a meaningful difference by supporting students' growth, development, and independence during a key period of their educational journey.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Michigan OT license (required; please provide a copy with your application)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy, with a strong understanding of IEPs and diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Ability to provide creative, individualized interventions in both group and one-on-one settings

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their educational plans
• Assess and document student needs, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with educational teams to adapt classroom environments and activities for optimal student participation
• Provide strategies, tools, and training to staff and families to support student success
• Manage caseload and progress reporting with professionalism and attention to detail
