Qualifications:

• Hold a valid, current school social worker certification (please submit certification with your application)
• Demonstrated experience supporting students within an educational setting
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, families, and external agencies
• Skilled in crisis intervention, behavioral support, and development of Student Support Plans
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying caseload needs throughout the academic year

Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to maximize student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop and implement intervention strategies and IEPs
• Manage records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Support smooth transitions and maintain continuity of care during staff absences
