Special Education Teacher in Marshall, MI

This role begins August 24, 2026 and continues through June 10, 2027, with a consistent 37.5-hour weekly schedule. Multiple positions are available, offering the chance to contribute alongside passionate educators dedicated to student growth.

• Valid Michigan Special Education teaching license is required (please provide screenshot verification)
• Experience with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong background in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly in a classroom setting
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative approach with staff and families
• Commitment to best practices in IEP development, differentiated instruction, and ongoing student progress monitoring
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and flexibility within a dynamic academic environment

• Deliver direct instruction in high school ASD classrooms, adapting lessons for diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor, assess, and record student progress to inform instructional adjustments
• Establish a positive, structured classroom environment conducive to learning and development
• Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support holistic growth and achievement
