Financial Supervisor; GL Accounting and Tax - Onsite

Job Description:

• Coordinate with the business department, review contracts and invoices, make payment approval based on standard instruction of the company.
• Complete bookkeeping and bank balance reconciliation monthly. Assist in auditing such as coordination with the auditor.
• Complete the annual budget of the company and conduct monthly forecast and budget analysis.
• Finance file management according to local fiscal and taxation requirements and company policy.
• Tax compliance work:
  Coordinate with external consultant, tax authority, complete tax filing timely. Review tax declaration and ensure taxes paid in time. Assist in tax audit and other tax related issues.
• Coordination with HQ:
  Other financial work required by work supervisor, including but not limited to coordination with local banks, identify and summarize problems, report to supervisor timely, and provide solution with supervisor, implement solution afterwards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or related major
• Familiar with US Fiscal & Tax system and local practice;
  Familiar with US GAAP
• Skilled in office software; SAP experience is preferred.
• At least 5 years working experience in finance or accounting department of US company
• Excellent English is must, and Chinese will be preferred;
• Have excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong learning ability and constantly improve working ability.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs.
• Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, particularly when inspecting installations or troubleshooting.
• Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds.
• Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required.
• Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites, which may require driving or other forms of transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr
