Card Operations Specialist

Marshall Community Credit Union seeks a Card Operations Specialist to support debit and credit card programs, ensuring accurate processing, fraud monitoring, and exceptional member service. Responsibilities include handling card maintenance, disputes, chargebacks, and daily reconciliations while following regulatory and card network rules. You will assist members with card issues, collaborate with internal teams, and use core banking and card management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process daily debit and credit card transactions and maintenance activities
• Monitor card activity for potential fraud and security issues
• Handle member inquiries related to card usage, declines, and replacements
• Process disputes and chargebacks in compliance with card network and regulatory rules
• Perform daily reconciliations and resolve card-related exceptions
• Collaborate with internal teams to support card-related projects and improvements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance
• Support implementation of new card services, features, and digital tools
