Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) with a specialty in the Operating Room (OR) for a 13-week contract in Marshall, Michigan. This position offers day shifts with 10 hours per day. Submission Requirements:

• 2 Years of Experience as a CSTA:
  Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CSTA).
• Strong Davinci and Orthopedic
  
  Experience:
  
  We require candidates to possess strong skills and experience in Davinci surgical procedures and orthopedic surgeries.
• Current BLS Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required, but it is not needed at the time of submission.
• NBSTSA Certification:
  Candidates must be certified through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Prior EMR
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred.

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): ACLS certification is preferred.
• NBSTSA Certification:
  As mentioned above, candidates must be certified through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).

State License Requirements:

• Michigan:
  Candidates must possess a valid Michigan state license.

Additional License Requirements:

• MI:
  Additional licensing specific to the state of Michigan is required.
