• Perform evaluations and administer treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and update individualized care plans.
• Conduct bedside swallow studies and VFSS for inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop patient treatment goals.
• Document clinical assessments and interventions per regulatory and unit standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, community projects, and ongoing education.
• Support adult patients with inpatient services, including diet recommendations and monitoring.

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (state license required)
• 2 or more years of relevant clinical experience for adult populations
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Strong communication and documentation skills
