In this position you will work under general direction, resolving talent acquisition issues—such as candidate screening, evaluation, and selection—while maintaining fairness, consistency, and timeliness. You will conduct daily operations for the Talent Acquisition function, implementing policies and procedures for talent planning, candidate sourcing, screening, selection, offer rollout and negotiation, onboarding, and data confidentiality. You will stay current on industry trends and ensure compliance with all policies.
- Coordinate internal and external job postings, including leveraging social and professional networking sites to source candidates; manage job postings in ATS and HCM systems.
- Leverage ATS to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding. Design interview questions and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Implement company policies, protocols, and procedures across talent planning, sourcing, screening, selection, offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver internal training programs on talent acquisition best practices, interview techniques, and recruitment strategies to hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead special projects within the talent acquisition function, collaborating with senior personnel, integrating data, identifying trends, and developing effective solutions.
- Conduct job requisition intakes and formulate effective responses for all recruitment queries from hiring managers.
- Analyze recruitment cycle data and metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential data and records related to talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders—including recruitment consultants, agencies, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross‑functional team leaders—to meet recruitment goals and align strategies with business needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on talent acquisition best practices, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and recruitment strategies.
Occasional involvement (defined as one‑third or less of the time) lifting no more than 10 pounds at a time. Work is performed primarily in a seated position and entails no significant stooping, standing, climbing, or walking. Many sedentary jobs require the good use of hands and fingers for repetitive hand‑finger actions. Working conditions occur within low to moderate noise levels related to the use of standard office or classroom equipment.
Candidates must possess full flexibility and a readiness to consistently work across all established standard, operating, and rotational shift schedules, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
