Business-level Mandarin Speaker
- Human Resource Manager
Location:
Auburn Hill, MI
- Onsite
Pay ranges: $120,000 to $140,000/year
Your Main Job:
- Provide human resources related support to the development of overseas projects, conduct regular organizational review, provide and implement effective solutions for business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations, etc.
- Coordinate and provide comprehensive human resources solutions for the development of overseas projects.
- Provide professional advice of human resources strategy, organization construction, administration management and other aspects to management, provide human resources information support for a company's major decision.
- Participate in the negotiation of overseas projects, and ensure the human resources policies of Headquarter implementing in overseas projects.
- Responsible for building overseas core talent pool, and promoting the talent succession planning.
- Responsible for the team management, conducting screening and selecting of senior talents, improving building of the company's talent pool.
- Inherit company culture, promote organizational values, build up communication channels, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Management, Science and Engineer or related disciplines.
- Min 10 years of work experience, with human resources management experience in the overseas manufacturing industry. Have knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in the United States. The personnel with group management company’s human resources background in overseas manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Has a systematic understanding of human resources management model and accumulated practical experience, as well as advanced human resources concepts.
- Excellent communication, organization, coordination, and negotiation ability.
- Flent in both English and Mandarin is required. This job requires to communicate with Mandarin speaking people.
- Adaptive to business travel, different environments, working under pressure.
