* Description
* * We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated JIRA Service Desk Specialist to join our team.

* The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and configuring Jira Service Management (JSM) for ITSM processes, ensuring eicient service delivery.

* Key Responsibilities include:

* * Service Request Forms Development:
* * Design and create custom service request forms tailored to business requirements.

* Ensure forms are user-friendly, eicient, and aligned with organizational standards.

* Workflow Configuration:

* Develop and configure approval workflows within JIRA Service Desk.

* Optimize workflows to streamline processes and improve eiciency.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure workflows meet operational

* needs.

* JIRA Service Desk Administration:
* * Manage JIRA Service Desk projects, queues, and customer portals.

* Perform system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance as needed.

* Ensure system integrity and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

* Technical Implementation:

* Implement and integrate third-party tools and add-ons as required.

* Automate routine processes using JIRA Service Desk capabilities and scripting tools.

* Collaboration and Support:
* * Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.

* Oer training and support to end-users to enhance the adoption and eective use of JIRA Service Desk.

* Provide technical documentation and guides for implemented solutions.

* Job Type & Location
* This is a Contract position based out of Marshall, MI.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
