• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter services preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards related to facility maintenance.
• Certification in workplace safety or custodial training programs.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or buffers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment for all employees.
• Monitor facility conditions and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables in restrooms and break areas as needed.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, moving furniture, and setting up rooms for meetings or events.
