As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes are stable, capable, and consistently producing products that meet stringent quality standards. You will bridge the gap between design and production, focusing on defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do...

* Effectively implement the assigned QE tasks

* Quick response for the short term action plan of urgent qualify issues and containment of abnormal materials during night shift

* Manage and resolve the Non-conforming/ FAI/SPC/ quality abnormalities of the production line in time during night shift

* Responsible for the shutdown & restart confirmation after equipment abnormality

* Summarize quality issues from night shift production and hand over to the day shift.

* Oversee the Quality operators in the plant

* Guide and improve the quality and business ability of hourly QE operators.

* Additional responsibilities depending on business needs.

Candidates must possess full flexibility and a readiness to consistently work across all established standard, operating, and rotational shift schedules, encompassing day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
